Title: MJ Freeway Support Associate
Location: Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania
Reports To: MJ Freeway & Compliance Administrator
Pay/Salary: $18/hour
Job Description
Terrapin is seeking a dedicated MJ Freeway Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a pioneer in the Pennsylvania cannabis industry with over 17 years of experience, Terrapin is a leading cultivator and processor of high-quality medical and recreational products. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a specialist to ensure meticulous compliance and operational excellence at our Clinton County facility.In this role, you will support the Compliance and Inventory team by managing data entry and reporting for our Pennsylvania facility.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) typically scheduled Monday through Friday, though daily hours may vary based on facility activities, and occasional night or weekend availability is required. You will be responsible for tracking the entire seed-to-sale process within MJ Freeway, which includes hands-on tasks within the grow facility and assisting with post-harvest operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cultivation (in MJF)
  • Execute clone creation and management
  • Electronically record transplants, plant disposals, and mother plant status
  • Track plant movement electronically through the growth cycle, including physical tag scanning
  • Move Bulk Flower to Extraction & Infusion
  • Audit plant inventories and cultivation data entry for accuracy
  • Physically weighing harvests to put the final weights into MJ Freeway for Wet and Dry Harvests
  • Extraction & Infusion (in MJF)
  • Receive Bulk Flower from Cultivation
  • Monitor and maintain inventory through continuous auditing
  • Generate manifests for wholesale product transfers to partners

Other Duties
  • Assist with compliance testing with third-party laboratories
  • Assist with Quality Assurance Process
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must complete State Mandated Background Check
  • Ability to climb ladders to access elevated cultivation tables
  • Willing to complete Aerial Lift Certification
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs
  • Working knowledge of MJ Freeway
  • Familiarity with Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program regulations
  • Ability to work alone with little to no supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with diplomacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • A quick learner who excels in fast-paced environments and adapts easily to change
