Job description

TRC Talent is looking for Production Repair Operators for a client in White, GA
SUMMARY
The module repair lead is responsible for assisting the line supervisors in maintaining NG buffer at the front EL station. The focus will be in regulating and assigning operator based on individual line defect rate and line priority. Ability to work quickly to maintain high production levels and know when to escalate problems with the operators. Operate the equipment in a safe manner with quality and safety in mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Check hourly module repair count and provide feedback to those who are not meeting the
adequate number
Understand concept of line priority and need base situation to select optimal number module
operators per line.
Check BOM and PO on module barcode to prevent modules from mixing.
Label repair cell and make sure materials are not scattered around the module repair station.
Make sure solder temperature check sheet is filled out everyday
Raise issues once repeated defect is found to the line SV.
Provide and maintain repair materials/tools to module repair operators
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA,
cloths, vacuum and other appliances.
Inform production engineer or line SV regarding operator helping out with EL and or auto
system work
Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor.
Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment.
Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed.
Help and assign/direct operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas.
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Know popular defects that are caused by module repair operator
Know how to operator MES OI
Can differentiate AOI vs EL defects
Be able to understand production order
Ability to assess operators based on operational skill
Able to work under pressure and be a leader
Able to provide constructive criticism
Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions
Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
