Mitigation Production Manager

Purpose
The Mitigation Production Manager will partner with property owners, adjusters, and PDR staff after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Mitigation Production Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with staff, insurance professionals communicating with local adjusters, desk adjusters, and program specialists to manage the life of the job from sale to closure 
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage and delegate the starting and completion of emergency services projects
  • Train and coach team members that emergency services projects
  • Communicate with customers frequently on status
  • Recruit, Schedule and Manage vendors and sub-contractors 
  • Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
  • Conflict resolution with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen
  • Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
  • Attend industry related trainings and industry association events
  • Practice the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Manage mitigation, contents and environmental cleaning projects
  • Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate and Symbility Estimating as well as Restoration Industry
  • Must be able to build and lead a Team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated to get results
  • Succinct and professional in verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and think critically.
