Overview

SAP/ERP Program Manager manages related projects within a program, driving alignment, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology outcomes. This role drives coordinated execution across projects to ensure programs deliver value on time and within defined parameters.

Responsibilities
  • Support program strategy and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee planning, resource coordination, timelines, and cross team dependencies.
  • Track progress, elevate risks, and adjust plans to maintain program alignment.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication.
  • Monitor program level risks, issues, and change impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners and track contract deliverables.
  • Create cost plans and forecasts using estimates and resource inputs from cross functional teams.
  • Monitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds.
  • Track and report program financials, highlighting risks such as invoicing issues or other concerns.
  • May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing interdependencies across teams.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting at both the program and project level.
  • Background delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs.
