St. Ansgar, Iowa- Family Medicine Physician
* Busy practice with instant volume
* Full spectrum practice- outpatient clinic in St. Ansgar; inpatient rounding and ER in Osage
* Join a 2-clinic team of 5 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers
* Newborn to end of life- OB shared care optional
* Flexible weekly schedule- 4 or 4.5 day work week!
* Lab, x-ray & pharmacy located in the clinic
* On site specialists include 1 Podiatrist, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Optometrist, 2 CRNAs; additional specialist support from MercyOne North Iowa
* Admit patients to Mitchell County Regional Health Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital with annual admissions of 600; ED volumes of 4,000; a Top 100 hospital
* Services at Mitchell County that are available include General Surgery, pulmonary and sports rehab, speech therapy, PT, OT, Cardiac Rehab, medical nutrition therapy, bone densitometry, CT, mobile MRI, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, vascular screening, and so much more!

* QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
