We're looking for a Dietary Manager who leads with heart, keeps the kitchen running smoothly, and takes pride in serving meals that residents genuinely look forward to. We're seeking a creative and innovative Dietary Manager. Are you a solution-based individual with culinary skills? Come on down!
The Dietary Manager oversees and supervises all dietary functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure residents of our assisted living community receive the highest quality services that meet resident needs and abilities, Our policies and procedures, and Idaho State regulations. This position lives out our company mission & values on a daily basis to accomplish tasks, supervise & coach team members, interact with residents, family members, and all partners of Renaissance.
This is a salary position and includes benefits. Hours include mainly weekdays with some weekend and on-call responsibilities. Prefer at least 1-year experience in management role. Required to have Certified Dietary Manager certification (or obtain upon hire) and high school diploma or equivalent. Must have valid driver's license, meet requirements of criminal background check, and be able to pass a drug test. Previous healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
