Salary Range: $150,000 - $195,000 Annually
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission planning programs within the Airspace Mission Planning (AMP) enterprise. As the Lead FMS Systems Engineer, you will spearhead the development, integration, and validation of U.S. Mission Planning System (MPS) capabilities tailored to unique country requirements. Your leadership will ensure the secure, compliant, and effective delivery of mission planning tools that facilitate partner nation operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, supporting system architecture, conducting evaluations, overseeing security protocols, and coordinating with government stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will directly enhance the interoperability and operational readiness of mission planning systems for allied nations.
Top Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with Air Force Mission Planning Systems (e.g., JMPS, JOMS), including requirements gathering, system integration, and validation
  • Proven expertise supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), especially policy, releasability, and country-specific capability tailoring
