Overview
Stellar Solutions, a nationally recognized "Great Place To Work," delivers engineering solutions across commercial space and national security missions-from innovative new entrants to established space systems organizations.
We bring talented, energetic, and immediately productive professionals to meet critical customer needs in systems engineering and integration, mission operations, program management, and strategic planning-helping teams deliver resilient capability to the mission with speed, quality, and focus.
Stellar Solutions seeks a highly talented Launch Operations Integrator to serve as the central integration lead for United States Space Force mission partners throughout the launch acquisition and operations lifecycle. This role ensures mission requirements, schedules, risks, readiness activities, and stakeholder communications remain aligned across government teams, launch and space vehicle industry teams, engineering organizations, and mission partners. The successful candidate will bring strong integration leadership, technical understanding, and disciplined project management to support successful mission outcomes.
Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Launch Operations Integrator will manage mission partner integration from initial onboarding through launch and early-orbit support. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for mission partners, coordinate across technical and program teams, and ensure requirements, agreements, schedules, risks, and readiness activities are effectively managed. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate within a complex launch acquisition and operations environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead the mission partner integration lifecycle from initial onboarding through launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mission partners and guide them through the integration process.
  • Develop and manage onboarding artifacts, memorandums of understanding, service-level agreements, and user agreements.
  • Lead requirements traceability activities to ensure mission partner needs are documented, tracked, and addressed.
  • Manage and adjudicate change requests affecting mission requirements.
  • Define and manage mission-partner-specific requirements, issues, risks, roadmaps, and schedules.
  • Lead and participate in interagency and operations working groups, Technical Exchange Meetings, Integrated Product Teams, and gated reviews.
  • Coordinate with government, engineering, launch, space vehicle, and mission partner teams to maintain alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Oversee and coordinate mission payload processing activities at the launch site.
  • Support mission readiness activities, including training, certification, mission rehearsals, and launch and early-orbit operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing mission partner, stakeholder, customer, or user integration activities across a program lifecycle.
  • Technical understanding sufficient to coordinate payload processing and mission readiness activities.
  • Project management experience involving schedules, roadmaps, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Experience supporting requirements documentation, requirements traceability, and mission-partner needs management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across engineering, program, government, and mission partner teams.
  • Ability to support or lead working groups, Technical Exchange Meetings, Integrated Product Teams, and gated reviews.
  • Master's degree.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting mission integration, payload processing, or mission readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting engineering review boards, test readiness activities, or launch operations.
  • Experience coordinating with systems engineers and stakeholder engagement leads in a complex technical environment.

Clearance & Additional Requirements
  • Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance, as required.

Location
This position is full-time and on site in the vicinity of Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.
Compensation:
The typical salary range for this position is USD $125,000 - $150,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, profit sharing / retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to annual base salary).
Deliverable(s)
Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high quality, professional manner.
