Job description

Mission Coordinator

The Opportunity:
Every day, our government client and intelligence community (IC) partners face critical decisions. What if you could use your deep knowledge and analytical skills to help inform these decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a mission coordinator, you can use your technical experience and attention to detail to develop strategies and assessments that give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.
As a mission coordinator on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. You'll gain an understanding of various collection platforms as you explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), open-source intelligence (OSINT), and measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT). You'll learn how to validate information and apply tradecraft as you help build assessments and collection strategies for optimizing assets. You will become an authority on your capability, so that your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure and in real time. This is a chance to refine your expertise and develop new skills in collection management, sense-making, and data modeling.
We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of the IC.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with multi-INT environments and tradecraft
  • 2+ years of experience supporting real-time missions and responding to ad hoc support requests flexibly and dynamically
  • 2+ years of experience with various collection environments
  • Knowledge of SIGINT and multi-INT tools and products to support customer requests across multiple domains and agencies
  • Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering a 24/7 mission in a watch center environment
  • Ability to conduct on-the-job training
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain an IC Certification within 8 months of start date

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working with overhead environments
  • Knowledge of multi-INT methodologies, tipping and queueing, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and human intelligence (HUMINT)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic intelligence operations team to adapt to changing situations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to collaborate across virtual teams and time zones
  • IC Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
