Job description

ASRC Federal Communications is hiring a Mission Control Coordinator at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Essential Functions:
Serve as the main liaison for mission communication support and integration.
Assess and address customer communication needs, ensuring alignment with documented objectives.
Coordinate scheduling between Space Force, internal teams, and customers in preparation for rehearsals and launch activities.
Manage and update mission communication documentation consistently.
Oversee voice network configurations, perform network validation, and provide on-console support throughout mission rehearsals and actual launch.
Participate in essential integration meetings as necessary.
Requirements:
An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years in customer requirement integration; experience in launch base operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Possession of a valid FL driver’s license.
Must be self-driven and able to work/learn in a high paced environment with minimal oversight.
Effective communication and presentation abilities; capable of briefing various stakeholders.
Capacity to secure a Secret Clearance; existing clearance holders are preferred. Note: US Citizenship is mandatory for clearance acquisition.
Be able to operate with little to no supervision.


Other Qualifications:
Collaborative team player.
Familiarity with the Range Universal Documentation System (UDS) is beneficial.
Knowledge of the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is a plus.
Proactive problem-solving aptitude.
Multitasking proficiency with the ability to swiftly transition between tasks and work autonomously.
