Job description

Contract Mission Command Systems Integrator

Location: Ft. Sill, OK
Position Type: Onsite

Summary:

The Contract Mission Command Systems Integrator is responsible for managing, operating, and integrating Mission Command Systems with simulation systems, particularly within the JLCCTC-ERF and JLCCTC Ver. 8.1 environments. This role includes network administration, system integration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for various computer software and hardware applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in network management, information technology systems integration, and security monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or three years of experience with currently fielded simulations in the JLCCTC-ERF/JLCCTC Ver. 8.1.

  • One year of experience operating, managing, administrating, and working with local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), linking C4I applications and mission command systems (Appendix A) with JLCCTC Ver. 8.1 or JLCCTC-ERF simulation.

  • One year of Information Technology experience in Mission Command System integration, network administration, consulting, analyzing, designing, installing, and maintaining computer software applications, hardware, telecommunications, or network infrastructure equipment. Experience in directing projects, providing customer or technical support, and supervising IT analysis, system maintenance, and troubleshooting/problem resolution.

  • One year of experience in system administration, resource management, and security monitoring.

  • Contractor shall be Security Plus certified and have passed the CompTIA Security+ certification exam IAW paragraph 2.1.0. Phase In. The contractor is responsible for any certifications and related costs or expenses.

  • One year of experience using the most recent versions of Microsoft amp; LINUX Operating Systems (e.g., Win 7/10 amp; LINUX OS), Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Professional 2013), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Axway, DameWare Remote Utility, etc. Ability to quickly learn unique applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience configuring the Advanced Simulation Technology Inc. (ASTi) Radio Systems, Server, and building communications plans to support Constructive Simulations training.

  • Completion of WARSIM Tech Control amp; Mission Command Integration and WARSIM Operator training courses is preferred.
