Financial Analyst | Spokane, WA (100% Onsite)
Are you naturally curious, analytical, and motivated by solving business problems? If you enjoy digging into data, uncovering trends, and partnering with teams across an organization to influence key business decisions, this Financial Analyst opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this role, you'll work alongside Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Finance leaders to analyze financial performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while building valuable experience in manufacturing finance, pricing, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and manage pricing and quote information within company systems.
  • Analyze quoted pricing, margins, and profitability against actual business results.
  • Prepare and evaluate reports related to gross margin, inventory, accounts receivable, and other key financial metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve pricing and cost variances.
  • Analyze product costs, supplier pricing changes, manufacturing overhead, and work-order reporting.
  • Support customer quoting activities and ensure pricing accuracy across business units.
  • Perform general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support.
  • Create both standard and ad hoc reports that help drive operational and financial decisions.
  • Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
  • Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and factory planning initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Required Skills
  • Financial analysis and accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of general ledger concepts and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
  • Experience manipulating large datasets and building financial reports.

This position is 100% onsite in Spokane, WA, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you'll gain broad business exposure and play a key role in helping leadership make informed financial and operational decisions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
