Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop firmware architecture to maximum utilize hardware resources such as CPU cycles and memory.

Design and develop firmware code to control video processing, codec and display hardware.

Debug low-level firmware in various environment such as c-model, RTL, FPGA and IC bringup board.

Debug with software team during production phase.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

MS in EE, CS or CE with 3+ years of experiences or PhD in EE/CS/CE.

C/C++ programming, Linux shell, Perl, gcc and gdb.

Experience and understanding of MIPS and/or ARM CPU architecture and instruction set.

Knowledge of popular video standards such as H.264, HEVC, VP9.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
