Job Description
Position Overview:
The Campus Ministry Office seeks a dependable, welcoming, and mission-driven student worker to assist in supporting the daily operations, events, and outreach efforts of the ministry. This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about faith, service, and creating a hospitable environment for spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors to the office
  • Provide general clerical support (e.g., answering phones, responding to emails, copying, filing)
  • Assist in organizing and promoting ministry events, liturgies, and service projects
  • Manage digital signage, and social media posts
  • Maintain inventory and help with ordering supplies and materials
  • Set up and take down for programs, retreats, or outreach activities
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment
  • Support special projects or initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be a currently enrolled student at Campbellsville University.
  • Reliable, organized, and punctual
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media, Canva, or Microsoft Office Suite a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
