Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager dedicated to the mining industry, where you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding our client partnerships. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual who thrives on building trusted relationships and delivering customized solutions that align with the operational goals of mining clients. Key Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and sustain robust and transparent relationships with assigned mining clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Deeply understand client mining operations, including procurement, maintenance, and production workflows, to provide tailored solutions that address challenges and advance their strategic objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products and services that meet evolving mining industry demands, ensuring alignment with client goals and business growth.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams-sales, engineering, product development, and customer service-to coordinate efforts that meet or exceed client expectations and resolve any client issues related to mining equipment, consumables, or technical support.

Qualifications
