What you'll do

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop and own the global marketing strategy for Weir's ESCO Mining portfolio, translating product and commercial priorities into integrated product-line and channel strategies. Lead the execution of these strategies daily to ensure measurable commercial impact.

  • Product Launch Leadership:Lead marketing strategy and execution for new product launches within the Mining segment, partnering closely with Product Management and Product Launch Champions to bring value propositions to life and ensure successful, on-time launches of three upcoming products.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the primary marketing interface with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Commercial teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in go-to-market execution and internal communication to drive divisional engagement.

  • Channel Management:Serve as Marketing Lead for Social Media, Trade Publications, and Direct Sales Team channels, advising on website, SEO, tradeshows, and dealer network needs in collaboration with other marketing managers.

  • Regional Support & Adaptation:Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global marketing strategies to local go-to-market needs while maintaining brand consistency and supporting sales readiness with impactful marketing packages.

  • Team Leadership:Manage and develop the Marketing Specialist, to enable execution, automation, and ongoing optimization of marketing activities.

  • Travel:Approximately quarterly travel to core mining regions to support regional strategies and stakeholder engagement.

  • Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in mining, industrial, or engineered products environments

  • Proven ownership of complex new product launches and go-to-market programs

  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong strategic planning, execution discipline, and commercial acumen

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience supporting technical or engineered mining products

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and digital performance analytics

  • Experience working closely with regional sales and marketing teams

  • Background in agency or external subject matter expertise in marketing strategy and tactics
