  • Serve as the HCMA technical and analytics focal point for Landcros AHS system performance, fleet reliability, and operational optimization.
  • Interpret AHS data (cycle times, queues, interactions, productivity KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
  • Support mine site and AHSBU deployment teams and dealer partners in troubleshooting AHS-related issues, validating fleet performance, and ensuring stable and safe autonomous operations.
  • Work with customers, dealers and AHSBU Deployment teams to integrate AHS insights into planning, dispatching, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Provide feedback to global AHS engineering teams for algorithm enhancements, system updates, and new feature development.
Dealer Enablement & Network Support
  • Train and consult with dealers and customers on digital tools, AHS monitoring, reliability methodologies, and proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Standardize digital reporting, fleet dashboards, and AHS performance reviews across the North American dealer network.
