Position: Data Analyst III - Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Quality

Reports To: Senior Manager, Logistics Data & Analytics

Location: Milwaukee, WI HQ - OR - Rosemont, IL

Remote Type: Hybrid

Target Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Position Summary

The Data Analyst III will support and advance data analytics across the Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Quality organization. This role will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing data pipelines and visualizations in Domo, the enterprise data analytics and visualization tool for the Supplier Performance Management Program. This role provides analytical expertise in data mining, data modeling, reporting, and visualization to develop business intelligence solutions that help leaders make timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. As the Supplier Performance Management Program continues to mature, there will be opportunities to lead the implementation and support of new technologies and analytics solutions. The Data Analyst III will work across Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and business leadership to support supplier performance, sourcing effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Major Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance data transformations from ERPs, quality management systems, and the enterprise data warehouse to manage the Supplier Performance Management System.

  • Maintain supplier quality reporting and scorecard visualizations in Domo.

  • Accountable for integrity of raw data and responsible for transformed data and visualizations.

  • Communicate with plant managers and sourcing leaders globally to ensure data is fresh, accurate, and actionable by the business.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, assess business requirements, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Develop analytics that improve visibility to supplier performance, supplier quality, sourcing effectiveness, spend trends, risk indicators, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain standards and documentation related to data visualization, reporting design, and analytics delivery; conduct training when needed to ensure end users can fully leverage reporting tools.

  • Lead or coordinate complex analytics initiatives by developing project plans, managing timelines, organizing stakeholder input, and maintaining momentum against expected outcomes.

  • Communicate trends, changes in data, business results, process adherence, and continuous improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics through data-driven insights and process optimization.

  • Stay current on advancements in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain technologies, and supplier quality reporting practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Model Regal Rexnord values and serve as a brand ambassador while promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and performance.

  • Balance competing priorities while ensuring work remains aligned to business needs and strategic goals.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education / Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Computer Science, or a related STEM/business field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier quality, supply chain, business intelligence, data engineering, or an analytics-related role is preferred.

  • Proficient with Domo, Microsoft Power BI, or similar analytics tools, with demonstrated ability to create intuitive, status-at-a-glance dashboards.

  • Understanding of programming concepts and languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, C+, or similar technologies.

  • Experience using data and analytics to measure, track, and action KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and translate business and technical requirements.

  • Proven ability to take on tasks, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and support multiple cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

  • Experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects preferred.
