Weโ€™re excited to announce that we are hiring baristas for our new Renton location opening in June 2026!

Please note that all training prior to the opening will take place at our Hotel 116 location in Bellevue, WA.

The starting wage during training will be the Washington State minimum wage of $17.13 per hour. Once our Renton location opens and you begin working there, your pay will increase to the Renton minimum wage of $20.57 per hour.

As a Barista, you represent the Woods Coffee brand, and youโ€™re a highly valued part of our team. Your role is essential to creating an exceptional experience for every guest that walks through our doors.

Availability: Consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. Please note that we are not hiring for seasonal positions at this time.
