Job description

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. Follows all regulatory state and facility safety policies.


Education/Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required.

  • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

  • Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing as determined by the State of Ohio, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.

  • Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, communicate with the residents and complete required documentation.

  • Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.


Shift & Wage:

  • Part-Time and PRN (as needed) Opportunity Available

  • Shifts Needed: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8A to 4P. On Call or As needed for resident appointments.

  • Wage: Starting at $18, depends on experience
