To thrive in a Mini Job, you typically need basic literacy, numeracy, and reliability, with minimal formal qualifications required. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, basic office equipment, or cleaning tools may be necessary depending on the specific role. • Raises based on performance—not time
  • Clear path to full equipment operator role
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

  • Works hard without being pushed
  • Takes pride in their work
  • Wants to learn and improve
  • Is reliable and consistent

Why Join Us

  • Steady, year-round work
  • Strong team environment
