Guest Services Representative

Iron Tee Golf is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the venue, providing a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently check-in guests for their reservations, providing any necessary information about wait times, game availability, or special events.
  • Assist in managing reservations, ensuring they are accurate and coordinating with the appropriate departments for table or bay assignments.
  • Help guests book golf bays, mini-golf, arcades and other activities, explaining the available options and assisting with the booking process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests by greeting them warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Interact with guests courteously, answer basic questions, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Regularly clean and wipe down dining tables, chairs, and highchairs to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist with closing tasks, including cleaning and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next shift.
  • Handle payments for reservations, walk-ins, and merchandise sales, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Provide information about the venue's offerings, games, pricing, and policies to guests.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing excellent customer service and information.
  • Manage guest flow during peak hours, ensuring an organized and efficient check-in process.
  • Distribute promotional materials, event flyers, and informational brochures to guests.
  • Stay informed about the layout of the venue, including game areas, dining options, and special event locations.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality
  • Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
  • Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
