Job description

The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced backhoe operator and/or excavation operator (heavy equipment). Selected candidate will work within Bartley's residential excavation department or commercial concrete division depending on candidate's skill set.
Required Skills:
  • Candidate must have experience operating a backhoe and digging for concrete footings.
  • The ability to dig foundations, operate a skid loader, mini excavator, track hoe, track loader and forklisft is preferred.
  • Read construction plans and accurately operate a laser.
  • Class B or Class A driver's license a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with concrete footings/walls also a plus.
