We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to oversee a newly built luxury mid-rise community in the Golden Valley area of Minneapolis.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset, delivering an elevated resident experience while driving financial performance, team development, and community success.


What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Leasing Professionals and Maintenance staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Resident Experience
  • Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and customer service
  • Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Drive resident retention through proactive communication and relationship-building
Financial Performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control
  • Identify opportunities to improve NOI and operational efficiency
