Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse/logistics team in Milpitas, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation
  • Sort, count, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Issue materials and prepare stock kits for production teams
  • Identify and document shortages, backorders, and inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and input data into systems
  • Ship products and coordinate pickups or deliveries as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, engineering) and external partners (carriers, vendors)
  • Follow company procedures, engineering instructions, and customer requirements
  • Perform additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of material handling experience (or equivalent)
  • Forklift experience preferred (stand-up reach forklift a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, schedules, and documentation
