Job description

Location: Milpitas, CA
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Swing Shift
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour (Swing Shift earns an additional 10% shift differential.)

We're hiring Kitting Clerks to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Milpitas! If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have warehouse or manufacturing experience, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Pull materials according to work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Build and stage production kits for manufacturing.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and revisions for accuracy.
  • Deliver completed kits to the production floor on time.
  • Perform inventory transactions using barcode scanners and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Report material shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow FIFO procedures and company quality standards.


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse, stockroom, kitting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
  • Basic computer and inventory system experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
