Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Millwork Craftsman to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. We're looking for someone who not only enjoys the woodworking craft but also thrives in a team environment where precision, communication, and initiative matter.

Responsibilities
This position supports a variety of custom woodworking projects, and responsibilities may include:
โ€ข Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom wood products using routers, sanders, and other hand tools
โ€ข Perform finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and applying topcoats
โ€ข Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
โ€ข Complete custom projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
โ€ข Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
โ€ข Assist with developing and improving manufacturing processes for repeatable product lines
โ€ข Participate in product development, prototyping, and continuous improvement efforts
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
Qualifications
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades
โ€ข Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation
โ€ข Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools
โ€ข Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
