As a Swing Shift Production Associate, you'll thrive in a hands-on environment that values safety, quality, and respect for all team members. Your role will be vital in assisting machine operators, hand-sanding materials, and ensuring work areas remain safe and clean. We offer steady Monday–Friday hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, competitive pay, and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.

Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist machine operators by preparing materials and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Hand-sand materials to meet quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we're excited to train motivated individuals.
