First Impression Doors & More is seeking an experienced Millwork / Door Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in doors, millwork, and related building products. This position requires someone who understands door construction, components, hardware, and proper assembly.
Responsibilities

  • Work with Crown and baseboard Moulding, Interior Doors, fiberglass, wood, and aluminum entry doors
  • Understand door slabs, jambs, thresholds, weatherstripping, hinges, locks, and hardware
  • Review work orders and product specifications for accuracy
Qualifications

  • Prior door and/or millwork experience required
  • Strong knowledge of residential entry door systems and components
  • Experience with fiberglass and impact-rated doors is a major plus
  • Mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills
  • Experience in the window, door, millwork, carpentry, or home-improvement industry strongly preferred
