Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Drive Wetwall waterproof wall panel systems sales and revenue growth across assigned regions. Lead strategic engagement with both independent distribution and company owned management, sales and specification teams work closely with our national account teams, full line Wilsonart reps, builders, dealers, distributors, and the architecture & design (A&D) community to position Wetwall as a preferred alternative to tile and other panel systems for wet areas. Work with your peers to ensure seamless availability of Wilsonart Wetwall across North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Revenue Growth
Own and deliver regional sales targets for Wetwall
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Identify new market opportunities and accelerate category adoption
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Territory
Coach, mentor, and lead territory sales reps and specification reps
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability
Expand Market Presence
Grow relationships with:
Builders & remodelers
Contractors/installers
Distribution partners
Drive specification with architects and designers
Increase share of wallet within existing accounts
Strengthen Channel Partnerships
Partner with distributors on inventory, merchandising, and sell-through
Support key projects from specification to installation
Ensure best-in-class customer experience
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches
Provide market feedback to product management
Work with operations to ensure supply reliability
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Product Expertise: Knowledge of Wilsonart's full product line and understanding of its marketing performance.
Sales Capability: Strong ability to sell products and concepts, influencing decision-makers and driving adoption.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with all levels of the organization and external customers.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, reporting, and data analysis.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business objectives. Field-based role with travel; standard business and customer environments.
Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver professional public presentations and hands-on installation demonstrations to diverse audiences, including executives and industry professionals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Required - One additional year of experience may substitute for one year of required education with a maximum substitution of four years.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
Sales or product experience with building materials, wall panels, surfacing, bath systems is preferred but not required. 3+ years in sales leadership or team management. Proven success, growing revenue and managing key account relationships. Strong understanding of distributor and contractor channels administration or a closely related field, plus five years of field selling/specification experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20-50lbs)
ENVIRONMENT:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Examples: executive, management and support positions
