Outside Sales Representative

Role Summary:

Morrison Millwork specializes in the distribution and retail sales of premium windows and doors for luxury residential projects throughout North Carolina, Greenville, and Charleston SC.

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative based out of our Fletcher, NC showroom to grow our presence and drive sales throughout Western North Carolina, including Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, and surrounding markets. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to contractors, builders, architects, designers, and other professionals in the residential construction industry.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering premium window and door solutions that help customers achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new clients through cold calls, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with architects, trade organizations, general contractors, subcontractors, and other decision makers
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support
  • Regularly follow up on leads, projects, and client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals, recommending appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs, and project requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with new product launches, innovations, and industry developments
  • Manage customer accounts, including tracking receivables, address billing issues, and ensuring timely payments
