Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4
Our client is an architectural millwork company that works with high-end residential partners to help install premium interiors. The team is looking to bring on a Project Manager who will oversee projects to ensure they are up to the highest standard who can also draft and is proficient in AutoCAD.
● Liaise with Owners, Architects, Designers, Owner"s Reps and/or General Contractors.
● Establish a critical path schedule for all projects, including but not limited to:
● Production of shop drawings and sample submittals
● Redline drawings from in-house or outside drafters
● Consult with team members with specific details and construction methods
● Proficient in AutoCAD.
● Project Management Experience
● Previous architecture, milling, building or construction experience
● Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
● Proven knowledge of the requirements to manufacture and install Architectural Millwork and the AWI Standards
