Millwork CNC Machinery Service SpecialistT.C. Millwork, Inc. – Bensalem, PA

Join a top manufacturer of custom retail fixtures, cabinetry, and commercial millwork. As our in-house CNC service expert, you will keep complex woodworking machinery reliable, accurate, and safe.

Role snapshot
  • Own preventative maintenance plans for CNC routers, point-to-point machines, edge banders, panel saws, and auxiliary woodworking equipment.
  • Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and control-system failures.
  • Respond to production-critical breakdowns and restore operation quickly.
  • Collaborate with operators, programmers, and management to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Document service work, maintain PM schedules, and close work orders.
  • Monitor, order, and organize spare parts inventory.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous-improvement projects.
  • Champion safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
Your toolset
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Troubleshooting servo motors, drives, sensors, and CNC controls.
  • Root-cause analysis and precision repairs in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC maintenance experience in woodworking or cabinet manufacturing.
  • Direct experience maintaining CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to prioritize effectively.
