A well-established architecture and design firm located in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a project architect (or Project Manager) with 3-8 years of professional experience to join their growing team. Employees work alongside project leadership as a valued member of a project team. Must be well-versed in Revit. Will work on a diverse range of project types including Retail, Mixed-Use Facilities, Senior Living, Religious buildings, Fire Stations. Job responsibilities: Perform and collaborate on all phases of interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, construction documentation and construction administration; Assist with the development of design concepts and provide graphic and visualization tools for client presentations. Actively participate in client design reviews and presentations; Research manufacturers and participate in the selection and presentation of building materials, fixtures, equipment, finishes, color palettes, artwork and lighting; Prepare floor plans, building elevations and sections. interior elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design and drawings, interior layouts, finish plans, and schedules; Assist in the construction administration phase of projects and review of submittals, finish samples, sketches, and shop drawings. Job requirements: BS in Architecture or Interior Design; 3-8 year experience; Fluency with Revit is required; Familiarity with the design process, including the preparation of Construction Documents. #IND
