Job description

We are a high end commercial and residential millwork company and we are looking for an experienced millworker/ cabinet maker and installer to join our team full time. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Minimum 3 years working in a millwork/woodworking shop setting
-Background in Cabinet Making
-Proficient with all shop equipment and practices: table saws, panel saws, routers, laminating, etc.
-Gathers and tracks all required tools, equipment, and hardware throughout given project(s).
-Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and diagrams
-Basic knowledge of math and measurements.
-Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while keeping great attention to detail.
-Maintains strong knowledge of in-line assembly processes, systems, and tools.
-Highly motivated and high level of initiative; confidence to work independently and with a team.
-Communicate with other departments clearly about project status when elements are completed/passed into next department.
-Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Must be trustworthy and have clean background check/references
-Works well in a team environment
-Good problem solving skills with great attention to detail
-Must be a good communicator
-Resourceful go-getter attitude with desire for career advancement and increased responsibility
