Job description

Full-Time | Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork | Midwest

We're seeking motivated Entry-Level and Experienced Project Managers who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from kickoff through completion while working closely with customers, contractors, engineering, and production teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, engineering, and production.
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create and review shop drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Collect and verify field measurements for fabrication.
  • Source and coordinate required project materials.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Support customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience using AutoCAD (1+ years preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction blueprints
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Project management experience in commercial cabinetry, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Experience working with general contractors and commercial construction projects
