Millwork Assistants often assist with loading and transporting materials to job sites and may perform basic repairs or adjustments as needed. This role is essential for ensuring projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Both roles are essential in the woodworking and construction industry, with the assistant position serving as an entry point for those looking to advance into carpentry.

To thrive as a Millwork Assistant, you need basic carpentry skills, familiarity with woodworking materials, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
