Repair / Claims Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to inspect and complete repairs on staircases, treads, and related products
  • Diagnose issues, determine necessary repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks with precision
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring job site safety

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related trade
