At Milliman, consultants commonly work on projects such as actuarial valuations, risk assessments, data analytics, and strategic advisory for clients in industries like insurance, healthcare, and employee benefits. Project teams are often cross-functional, bringing together actuaries, analysts, and subject matter experts to address client needs from multiple perspectives. Team collaboration is highly valued, with frequent meetings, shared deliverables, and mentorship from senior consultants to help newer team members grow.
