Locally owned painting company looking to grow carpentry division!

Sound Painting Solutions is a millennial-owned and operated company that offers residential and light commercial painting and carpentry services. Founded by a journeyman painter in 2012, we know what it's like to work in the trades.ย We are looking for team members who share ourย values of communication, integrity, and excellence which have helpedย our business thrive.

In a small-business environment like ours, each employee'sย contributions truly make an impact.ย Our company stronglyย believes in giving our team members the opportunity to grow and develop both their craft and leadership skills. We provide a path for advancement and seek to build long-term relationships with our employees. On that note, this is not a seasonal position! You can expect a consistent workloadย when you join our team. Our sales team works tirelessly to keep our field staff busy, even in the slow months.

Pay: $35 - $42 per hour (depending upon experience), plus performance bonuses

  • 5+ Years Experience in the trade
  • Skilled in siding replacement, fences, decks,ย interior molding, cabinetry, etc.
  • Customer serviceย skills
  • Driver license; willing and able to commute to various job sites
  • Full set of tools
  • Project management experience is a plus
