Form Mill Operator

Monday–Friday | Weekends Off | Paid Training | Competitive Pay

Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Operate form rolling mill equipment and production machinery
  • Set up equipment and tooling for production runs
  • Monitor product quality and production processes
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
  • Clean, straighten, and prepare materials for processing
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance
  • Record production data and maintain work orders
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
