Drive a multi-year technical training and assessment program. Leverage instructional systems design strategies and computer network operations experience to help magnify clients’ cyber training capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build, validate, implement, and evaluate critical training programs for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skillset. Train developers as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, hands‑on training solutions to meet the mission and time‑critical needs of our client. Assist in providing classroom instruction that teaches assigned students in the manner described in the Program of Instruction. Utilize your operational experience to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence and help us build the next generation of cyber warriors.

You Have:

3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)

2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems

Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios

Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems

Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject

Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences

Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Nice If You Have:

2+ years of experience with teaching cyberspace operations in a formal classroom setting

Experience developing training evaluation metrics

Knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages such as, Python, PERL, shell scripting, or others

Ability to build consensus and effective cross-functional relationships

Ability to adapt content development and delivery to a variety of audiences

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills
