Requirements
Job Description
  • Collect, capture and perform requirements analysis
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts, including but not limited to Requirements Backlog, Test Cases, Release Notes, etc.
  • Write user stories to support development and deployment
  • Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the user's perspective is considered
  • Assist in handling Application Service Tickets
  • Assist in writing/reviewing procedural documents for the management of the project and personnel
  • Work with Product Owners and users to determine operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements
  • Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and users
  • Perform as the primary or backup Scrum Master

Job Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience with the Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
