Situational Role Player will play various positions, and/or groups of people representing possible situations in the execution of training scenarios for units conducting training.ย 

Compensation & Benefits:ย 

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Situational Role Player: $18.00-$19.00ย 

Pay commensurate with experience.ย 

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.ย  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.ย 

Situational Role Player Responsibilities Include:ย ย ย 

  • Conducts communications in English and meet oral, written, and conversational grammar requirements in accordance with the training scenario.ย 

  • Realistically, accurately, and convincingly portrays HUMINT and CI sources in a variety of role-playing scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, situational exercises.ย 

  • Memorizes critical data contained in each role.ย 

  • Remains sufficiently familiar with each role so as to portray assigned role with little reliance on or referral to the role script.ย 

  • Conveys information and data in response to studentโ€™s correct and proper interview skills, questioning and/or elicitation techniques, in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms.ย 

  • Performs other job-related duties as assignedย 

Situational Role Player Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:ย ย ย 

  • High School diploma.ย 

  • 2 years related experience. Experience with situational training is preferred.ย 

  • Strong communication skills.ย ย 

  • Ability to realistically convey the required characteristics of roles as they are assigned.ย 

  • Proficient in the English language, able to communicate effectively with Team Leaders, and capable of following verbal directions in English from the testing lane Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge NCOIC).ย 

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federalย
