Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Project Manager opportunity in Wilmington, DE, or Philadelphia, PA (2 days/week). Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact.

Reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role.

Associates degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environment

Proficiency in using computer applications. Experience in word processing, presentation packages, and spreadsheet packages. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
