Description

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Program Control Analyst/Specialist to support operations in our Raleigh, NC office. The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance.

This position requires an on-site presence.


Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Requirements

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts
  • Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs)
  • Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability
  • Support revenue recognition and project status reporting
  • Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections
  • Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets
  • Prepare variance analyses and management reports
  • Support invoice reviews and contract modifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of program controls experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP. Oracle

Preferred skills

  • Unanet experience a must*
  • Advanced Excel modeling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Government Contracting Experience
