Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team! This role acts as an operational leader for our CRM and email marketing initiatives, bridging the gap between Customer Engagement, Business Strategy, Technology, Big Data, and Content.

You will lead small-to-medium engagements with growing complexity across multiple client teams. You will be deeply involved in both day-to-day execution and high-level coordination, ensuring that email campaigns are delivered flawlessly while optimizing for performance.

You know how to balance client drivers with the realities of time, scope, quality, and risk. You are key to building a positive team environment, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM and email marketing initiatives, including requirements gathering, cross-functional prioritization, timeline management, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Coordinate requirements across Product Marketing, Creative, Data and Analytics teams to ensure a clear campaign vision and seamless execution.
  • Oversee the development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns. This includes managing the workflow for segmentation, targeting, personalization, and journey orchestration.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring we are constantly troubleshooting issues and implementing optimization strategies to drive conversion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on day-to-day execution, translating complex marketing goals into clear project plans and compelling email experiences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, specifically within marketing technology, CRM, or digital agencies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in email development methodologies and best practices.ย 
  • Advanced experience with project management tools (Smartsheet and Workfront preferred)
  • Ability to craft and define a project plan based on assumptions, requiring complex scenario planning ahead of project kickoff.
  • Effective systems thinking, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. You must be able to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work and lead teams through ambiguity

ย Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $121,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
