Job description

Responsibilities
  • Utilize specialized functional, technical, and military experience and attention to detail to coordinate, monitor, and assess current and future operations to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.
  • Utilize analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, using to support our warfighters and protect our national security.
  • Comprehend, manage, and support Field Support Teams (FST) and the IO FST military readiness exercise assessment capability.
  • Validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the Army. As the authority on your problem set, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure.
  • Grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like data science, cyber, and information security.
  • Share your expertise and methodologies with other analysts.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with supporting Army Information Operations missions
  • Experience with current information, tools, and methodologies in the intelligence field
  • TS/SCI clearance Required- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information #AvantusClearedJob .
  • BA or BS degree or HS Diploma and 4 years of experience
  • Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required
  • Required to follow the Executive Order 14042 mandate regarding COVID vaccination and client requirements to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with supporting Army Information Operations missions
  • Experience as an IO Planner, Field Support Team, or Cyber Support Detachment team member
  • Experience with recognizing and analyzing information which is likely to affect military operations, national policies, and objectives
  • Experience with developing and implementing long-, mid-, and short-range planning, mission analysis, and execution of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Electronic Warfare (EW), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Civil Military Operations and Civil Affairs, or Military Intelligence
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
