The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complexsituations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking forsomeone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your operational experience and background towork on projects for the Joint Staff. You'll integrate autonomous systems into tactical operations and oversee employment. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complexsystems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to national security as part of joint missions.

You'll impact the work we do for the military and the solutions we deliver for the Joint Staff.

You Have:

  • Experience working in the J3 doing operational integration and employment of new systems

  • Experience synchronizing fires

  • Knowledge of autonomous systems in tactical operations.

  • Ability to work across J codes to understand how new technologies impact tactical operations

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working on operations involving drones

  • Knowledge of drone warfare

  • Ability to operate in high pressure environments and to develop creative solutions

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
