Typical Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day security operations.
  • Manage incident reports – review, track, and investigate all incidents
  • Train staff in safety and security processes and procedures
  • Review current procedures, practices, policies and update (including emergency plans, first aid, active shooter, overdose awareness, etc.)
  • Supervise, hire, coach, evaluate, and schedule security guards at client sites.
  • Maintain proactive communication with client contacts.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new employees
  • Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies
  • Establish a proactive approach to safety and security

Requirements

  • 5 years of security experience or related field law enforcement, military, etc.
  • 2 years Supervisor / Management experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Associates Degree
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain a Michigan Concealed Pistol License
