The Burlington operation in Raeford, NC has been proudly producing dress uniform fabric for the US Military for more than 50 years. If you or someone you know has ever served in the US Military, whether in the Army, Air force, Coast Guard, Navy or Marines, they have worn Burlington Raeford fabric. We are looking for new team members who are excited to learn new skills and eager to share in the success, pride and honor that we have in clothing our military service members. Don't have manufacturing have or textile experience? No problem! This only means we can impart a strong textile foundation, the Burlington Way! Job Scope:
Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in all Industrial HVAC components and equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts; installs equipment requiring highly technical skills.
Pay: $25-35/hr
Job Duties:
-Performs all job duties in a safe and professional manner
-Responds to work orders related to HVAC and production equipment malfunctions/breakdowns/troubleshooting
-Performs equipment installation and preventative maintenance on complex equipment
-Performs diagnostics troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and schematics drawings
-Replaces or repairs worn or defective parts
-Troubleshoot/Service using working knowledge of the following:
  • Industrial Chillers
  • Commercial Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration/Air Wash systems
  • Boilers/Steam systems
  • Natural Gas systems

-Assists technician in other crafts in troubleshooting and problem solving
-Directs the work of craft trainees
-Always follows job safety analysis
-Report any unsafe conditions to supervision
-Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor
Education/Experience Prerequisites:
Preferred:
-2 year Associate Degree in Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration (CFC) or equivalent certification training.
-2 years minimum Industrial/Manufacturing experience
-Basic knowledge of AC/DC motor controls and instrumentation calibration
-Industrial chiller operations
